Principality Care

Built on caring principles

Principality Care was set up in 2024 to provide adult care placements in Wales. Our leadership team has over sixty years of care experience including nursing care, residential social care, day care services, management, commissioning and training in behaviour models including PBS, PBM and PROACT SCIPr-UK.

Our team includes a Registered Learning Disability Nurse with qualifications in Clinical Governance and Teaching and a Behaviour Specialist with a Master’s Degree in Autism, a Degree in Communications and a BTEC in PBS (Positive Behaviour Support).

We know what it takes to provide good care and pride ourselves on putting the person at the centre of each placement, working to increase skills and independence and giving people as much choice and control in their lives as possible.

We offer relaxed and happy environments with high-quality accommodation and feel we can train our staff team to meet any needs. We have experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health Conditions, Epilepsy, many other diagnoses and also Behaviours of Concern.
